David Lipscomb Elementary School’s Summer Day Camp
offers eight one-week camp sessions for boys and girls ages 4-12. Summer Day Camp sessions begin June 4 with the final session ending July 27.
The program is designed to combine traditional summer fun and play
with enrichment opportunities. Pre-school and kindergarten children will
have language arts, math, music, art and games offered each day. Hands-on
and manipulative activities will be used. Older children will be offered
enrichment activities with no tests, no grades and no homework – only fun,
learning experiences.
Each week computers, arts, crafts, games and chapel will encourage
personal growth and physical growth. Additional classes will be taught with
language arts, math, science and social studies themes.
