It is most unfortunate that the
listeners of WZTO were never given the opportunity to reach out into the
community to promote businesses to do their advertising on that station. It
has to be assumed that unless asked, that the station is meeting its
financial needs and the amount of advertising that occurred on the station
never led itself to the listener that there were problems that needed to be
addressed.
