“The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe,” a new adaptation of the classic children’s story by C.S. Lewis, is the newest offering of Lamplighters Theatre. Set in World War II era England, and in the mythical land of Narnia where it is ‘always winter, but never Christmas,’ “The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe” is a timeless tale of Good Vs Evil, and the overcoming power of selfless love. Faithfully adapted for the stage by Lamplighters’ director, Ron Berryessa, “The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe” is feast for the eyes and the heart. Fanciful characters, flowing costumes and fantastic makeup enhance to performances of this veteran acting troupe.
