Reunion recording artist Michael W. Smith is slated to
hit the road this holiday season with the “Michael W. Smith
Christmastime” Tour featuring Anointed and The Katinas. The Tour is
scheduled to begin December 1 in Normal, Illinois, and will stop in a
total of 12 cities, including Chicago; Atlanta; Minneapolis;
Indianapolis; and Omaha, Nebraska, before concluding December 18 in
Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Smith will perform selections from his two best-selling holiday
recordings, “Michael W. Smith Christmas” and “Christmastime.” In
addition, Anointed and The Katinas will perform holiday favorites, with
all three artists sharing several of their own signature songs
throughout the evening.
“Anointed and The Katinas are not only very gifted artists, they are
good friends of mine, and I am really looking forward to having them
join me for my first official holiday Tour,” said Smith. “I am also
very excited about introducing some new material from my instrumental
record, and I think this setting will be ideal for sharing a few of
these very personal songs. The Christmas season offers us many
wonderful opportunities to enjoy being with family and friends, and I
hope this evening of music will make lasting memories for many people.”

concerts are scheduled for December 5 and 6 at the Gaylord Entertainment
Center.
