Lipscomb U. presents Jazz Band and Vocal Ensemble

The Lipscomb University Music Department presents
the Jazz Band and Vocal Ensemble Nov. 29 at 6:30 p.m. in Shamblin Theatre,
located in the Student Center, 3901 Granny White Pike, Nashville.

The concert is free and open to the public. Everyone is invited to
attend.

The Jazz Band will perform Suite for Jazz Orchestra by Mike
Pendowski, Gorilla Man Blues by Mark Taylor, After You’ve Gone by Henry
Creamer and Turner Layton, and It’s A Most Unusual Day by Harold Adamson and
Jimmy McHugh.

The Jazz Vocal Ensemble will perform Yesterday by John Lennon and
Paul McCartney, Air (from the Suite in D) by J.S. Bach, All or Nothing at
All by Jack Lawrence
and Arthur Altman, How Deep is the Ocean by Irving Berlin, and Christmas
Time is Here by Lee Mendelson and Vince Guaraldi.
