Chris Rodriguez keeps busy writing songs and performing in the studio and on stage. Recently Chris was seen onstage as part of the Word Extravaganza Band for Monday’s showcase performing an eclectic selection of guitar licks for artists including as Rachael Lampa. (Chris can be seen in the photo to the left behind Rachael – click on the photo for a larger view.)
Chris is currently writing with soccer star Pele’s wife, Assiria, as well as for new artist Paige’s sophomore album with Hunter Davis, Chris Faulk, and David Rice.
Word Records artist, Salvador, recently finished recording their sophomore album, Into Motion, at Arlyn Studios in Austin, TX under the production helm of Chris Rodriguez and Peter Kipley. Rodriguez also shares writing credits on the Salvador album with some of the industry’s finest songwriters, including Dove Award winner David Mullen, Billy Sprague and band members Art Gonzales and Pablo Gabaldon
Rodriguez has recorded with and performed for many notable artists such as Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant, Kenny Loggins, Billy Joel, Michael Bolton and Shania Twain.
