8/23/9 Gospel rockers Skillet will end their nearly 3-year span between projects with Awake, which will be available in stores and at all online retailers on August 25th. Awake is already available for pre-order on Skillet�s official website, skillet.com.

6/16/9 Tuesday night, following the release of Lines, Vines and Trying Times, the Jonas Brothers performed “Paranoid” and “World War III’ to a packed arena at Wembly Arena, London and simulcasting their performance to en equally enthusiastic crowd on the “Jimmy Kimmel Show.”
6/13/9 Gospel group Gold City will appear at Music City Sing in Nashville on June 18th. Music City Sing will be held at the Eastland Baptist Church with special guest Gold City, Thursday, June 18, 2009 at 1215 Gallatin Road in Nashville. Call 615-262-9424 for details.
6/10/9 Tammy Trent co-hosted the Family Friendly Morning Show with Doug & Kim on Monday. On the show Tammy announced she will appear on the cover of the August issue of Homelife Magazine which will also carry an article she wrote.

Amy Grant is joining forces with husband Vince Gill to present Challenge America at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, on Monday, June 8, 2009, honoring wounded warriors and launching the nationwide Challenge America initiative. Special musical guests slated to join Grant and Gill at the Monday night Kennedy Center launch event include Michael McDonald, Alison Krauss, Darius Rucker, Melinda Doolittle and Mac McAnally with NY Times bestselling author Stephen Mansfield.
The upcoming debut, the self-titled project from Mikeschair bows July 14th on Curb Records. Mikeschair will also be performing in concert on June 17 in Nashville.
New Fervent Records band Sidewalk Prophets will make their CBA industry debut on Aug. 25 with the release of These Simple Truths. Produced by Ian Eskelin, These Simple Truths centers on the hope that Christ�s love provides. Sidewalk Prophets� first album single, �The Words I Would Say,� is scheduled for release to radio June 19.
