Kurt Warner, Rams Super Bowl Quarterback and NFL MVP, and and Dove, Grammy and AMA-award-winning artist Yolanda Adams will host the 33rd Annual Dove Awards telecast in April, Frank Breeden, president of the Gospel Music Association (GMA) and executive producer of the awards show, announced today.
The Dove Awards will air live, Thursday, April 25, on PAX TV at 9:00 p.m. ET/8:00 p.m. CT. PAX TV’s broadcast will mark the first time the Dove Awards will be live on a national network. Another first, FamilyNet will televise live the two-hour pre-show where more than 25 Dove Awards will be handed out. The live pre-show telecast, sponsored by Sparrow Records’ Dove Hits 2002, will also feature backstage interviews and will direct viewers to PAX TV at the conclusion of its live broadcast.”
