Musicians won’t be the only talent attending this year’s Parachute 03 with Top New Zealand athletes also
participating in the Parachute 03 Festival to be held at Totara Springs, near Matamata over Auckland Anniversary
weekend in 24-26 January. Several big name New Zealand sport performers including Henry Fa’afili, Ali Lauititi and Tammi Wilson
will be present at the festival.
The above names along with other New Zealand elite athletes will be hosting training clinics at Parachute 03 in
their respective sports. While sharing practical skills of their sports, athletes will also speak to the groups and
share their testimonials.
Parachute 03 festival-goers will also be able to go to discussion forums guest starring the athletes – Key athletes
including Former Silver Fern Linda Vagana, Ana Tai (North Harbour Netball) Kevin Senio (Rugby), Timo Tagaloa
(Rugby) will all be participating in this forum.
Former Silver Fern Linda Vagana says” It’s great to be involved in Parachute for another year. Parachute is a
positive festival and it is fantastic that we (Athletes in Action) can be part of it and share our sporting skills and
inspire people about God.”
