All four best-selling recordings released nationally by the
reigning Artist and Group of the Year Dove Award recipient and 2001 GRAMMY nominee, Third
Day, simultaneously landed this week on the SoundScan compiled Rock sales chart. The band’s
RIAA Gold-certified recording, Offerings – A Worship Album, held the number one position,
followed by Time in the number eight slot, Conspiracy No. 5 at number 22, and the group’s
self-titled debut, Third Day, at number 31. Combined to date, Third Day has now sold over 1.6
million recordings.

year’s Gospel Music Association Dove Awards ceremony: Third Day lead the list of Dove Award
nominees with nine, and captured wins in five categories, more than any other group or artist. At
the ceremony held in Nashville April 26, the band won their first-ever awards for Group of the
Year and Artist of the Year, marking the first time in two decades that any artist has won both
categories in the same year.
With three GRAMMY nominations and 14 No. 1 songs, Third Day is poised for even greater
success as band members finish preliminary work on a new studio project, entitled Come
Together. The recording, which is the band’s first full-length studio release in over two years, is
currently slated to release November 6.
