Here’s some exciting news for fans of ABC’s popular TV show, “Nashville!”
Volume 2 of the Nashville Official soundtrack released on May 7 on Nashville’s Big Machine Records, but that is not the only exciting news from the hit television program. “Nashville Season 1” comes to DVD on September 17 (or July 15, 2013 depending on which website you visit).
Christian music veteran and “Nashville’s” Executive Music Producer T-Bone Burnett and fellow Christian music producer Buddy Miller have seen several successful singles and two recording soundtracks come from their work on the show’s music.
“The Music of Nashville: Season 1, Vol. 1 was released December 11, 2012 at number 14 on the Billboard 200, and at number 4 on the Top Country Albums chart.
Most recently, Volume 2 of the “Nashville Official Soundtrack” released on May 7 on Nashville’s Big Machine Records. The release of Volume 2 was followed on June 17 by Hayden Panettiere’s single “Hypnotizing,” co-written by Christian music’s Cary Barlowe.
You can catch an exhibit on “Nashville” at the Country Music Hall of Fame through Oct. 31, 2013.
