THE MARK CAPTURES NO. 1 SPOT

The Mark, the eighth title in Tyndale’s Left
Behind Series, has debuted in the No. 1 position all the major best-seller lists after just one week of recorded sales. Released Nov. 14, The Mark has
achieved No. 1 position on the USA Today Top 150 List, the Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly hardcover fiction list. The No. 1-spot sweep will be complete with The New York Times’ Dec. 3 edition.
Penned by Jerry Jenkins and prophetic writer Tim LaHaye, The Mark continues the tale of Rayford Steele, his daughter Chloe, and the various remaining members of the Tribulation Force introduced in the best-selling Left
Behind Series. The last book in the series, The Indwelling brought readers to the point of death for Nicholas Carpathia (the Antichrist) and his subsequent resurrection as Satan, and The Mark picks up with new demands for worshipping the statue of Carpathia, the ultimatum for wearing his mark on the forehead or hand, as well as the fatal penalty for not following these demands.
Where The Indwelling was a bit slow in parts and seemed to serve mainly as a bridge to the next novel, The Mark is a rapid-read page turner.
Find out how you can win both the book The Mark and the movie Left Behind, by playing the Christian Activities Christmas Contest! Details on Main Page.
