The sold-out game,
televised nationally by ESPN, had 71,500 fans in attendance and featured
Georgia Tech and Louisiana State University.
Sierra has released four albums since 1994, the most recent being this year’s “Change.” The critically acclaimed vocal trio, whose stellar harmonies and
acoustic stylings have been compared to pop trio Wilson-Phillips, has garnered several #1 singles on Adult Contemporary radio charts including “Sierra,” “I Know You Know,” “Hold On To Love,” and more. Sierra has hosted their own self-titled television talk show on Trinity Broadcast Network and has appeared on many nationally televised shows, including The 700 Club.
The Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl was the nation’s third-highest attended bowl game
last year with a sold-out Georgia Dome hosting 73,315 fans. Of ESPN’s eleven televised bowl games last season, the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl achieved the third-highest TV rating. The Peach Bowl is widely recognized as the nation’s
most competitive bowl game, and most corporate sponsors were in attendance
at this showdown, including Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, and Delta Airlines.
