Australian worship leader Reuben Morgan has signed with Rocketown, the US record label owned by Michael W Smith. Rocketown will issue his debut solo album “World Through Your Eyes” on 13 September. The CD, remixed especially for the US, features several of his Hillsong worship classics including “My Redeemer Lives”.
Reuben will tour the US throughout July and August hosting his unique worship events in Los Angeles, Denver, Austin, Jacksonville, Tulsa, Orlando and other key cities.
Don Donahue, President of Rocketown Records, says that he’s sung Reuben’s songs in church for many years. “We are humbled to partner with him to introduce this already well known worship leader to churches in the US,” Donahue says.
Back home, Morgan’s Australian record company, Five Lines Inc, this week releases his new radio single “Waterfall”. Reuben says that the song comes from the place where you feel as though you’re in a desert, everything’s dry, you’re just wondering where God is. “Then the waterfall comes,” he says. “God’s amazing love and presence fills everything in us.”
