Plus One on Mainstream/Secular Tour

143/Atlantic Records gold selling artist Plus ONE will embark upon a special summer tour that will hit every
major market. Touring with the likes of a number of the nation’s top pop sensations, such a Jessica Simpson, Eden’s Crush,
Youngstown and Toya, the “Dreamchaser” tour will launch August 7 in Corpus Christi, Texas and continue through September 16.
The tour, sponsored by Redken, will hit 25 cities through the middle of September and feature a portable outdoor venue dubbed the
Extreme Mobile Venue, which is 300 feet wide with 100,000 watts of sound and lighting. Concertgoers will also be able to participate in
bungee jumping, mechanical surfing, rock-wall climbing, a nine-foot motorcycle jump and interactive games and exhibits.
“Combining the festive atmosphere with an all-star pop line up will be an incredible draw for young people. No doubt, the tour will
expose a lot of new fans to Plus ONE’s music,” said Mark Lusk, vice president of marketing and sales, Atlantic Christian Division.
Coinciding with their summer plans, Plus ONE will also help to usher in the coming school year as the featured artist on five million packages of the famous Armour “Lunchmakers” snack packs.
Promoted by the Radio Disney Network, Plus ONE will participate in the Con-Agra/Lunchmakers on-pack sweepstakes. The on-pack
sweepstakes, running August 15-November 15, will feature Plus ONE on 5 million boxes of Lunchmakers nationwide.  The Grand
Prize, selected as an instant win on-pack, will be awarded to a child 14 or under accompanied by a chaperone and four school friends,
to spend an afternoon with the band, Plus ONE, in the winner’s home town. Radio Disney will also provide the grand prize winner with
$1000 cash spending money.

Recently garnering the 2001 Dove Award for New Artist of the Year, Plus ONE has experienced an amazing first year. Their debut
release, The Promise vaulted the group to the top of the Christian charts and was the best selling artist project in the year 2000 for
the CBA (Christian Booksellers Association). The Promise also set a debut week record for most units sold by a new contemporary
Christian artist. With a plethora of national television appearances and high profile cover stories, Plus ONE continues to make their
mark within the Christian music industry.
In addition to their summer plans, details are being finalized for the Plus ONE 2002 tour which will encompass 60 cities beginning February 28 in Birmingham and running through May 11. This tour will be in support the group’s sophomore project set to release in the first quarter of 2002.

The Nashville based vocal quintet made up of Nathan Walters, Nate Cole, Jeremy Mhire, Jason Perry, and Gabe Combs released The
Promise via a joint venture with Atlantic Records and David Foster’s 143 Records.
