Nashville New: December

Faith Night with the Nashville Rhythm, featuring a pre-game concert from Fervent Recording artists Palisade.  The concert starts at 6:30pm on January 15th, and game time is 7:30pm in the Allen Arena at Lipscomb University.  Tickets are available at www.nashvillerhythm.com.  Military families with valid Military ID get free admission to the January 15th game. 
Friday, December 31, 9pm – Shuttin’ the Door on 2004 New Year’s Eve Celebration at Two Rivers Baptist Church, featuring Michael Passons (formerly of Avalon), Spur 58 and Christian Comedian Mike Williams.  Call 615-871-9974 for tickets.
 
December’s Music At The Mills concert features Matthew West on December 18th at 1:00 PM on the Entertainment Stage at Opry Mills.  You’ll hear favorites like “More,” and he’ll also perform some Christmas songs. 

12/16/4 Bryan Duncan & The Nehosoul Band descended on a Nashville club earlier this year to perform a mix of new songs and popular favorites from his long career while cameras rolled. The result is a 60-minute live concert CD and DVD simply called Music City Live.

12/7/4 As announced today by the Recording Academy in Los Angeles, CA, Daywind recording artist The Crabb Family from Hendersonville, TN were nominated for a 47th Annual GRAMMY Award for their latest recording, Driven, in the Best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album category.  This is the second nomination for the popular family group.  Jason, Kelly, Aaron, Adam and Terah were nominated in the same category in 2004 for The Walk.  The Grammys will be handed out on February 13, 2005 in Los Angeles at the Staples Center during a broadcast on CBS.
