Get two glass jars and fill them half full with marbles. Label one the “Sad Marble” jar and the other the “Happy Marble” jar. When your children do something that makes God happy, such as following His commands, transfer a marble from the “Sad” jar to the “Happy” one. If they do something that makes God sad, such as breaking His commands, then do the opposite. The idea is to empty the Sad Marble jar and fill up the Happy Marble jar. When that happens, go to McDonald’s for a “Happy Meal.”
