Metro is a weekly non-denominational gathering of college students and young professionals. Every Monday night, hundreds of students and young adults from the Memphis area gather to unite in worship and in hearing the spoken Word of God. Metro exists to help bridge the gap between churches and to provide an inviting setting for all who come. Metro’s ultimate mission is to draw people into a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Without exemption, Metro strives to provide the platform for a generation in reckless pursuit of God. Each week David Lewis and the Metro Praise Band lead Metro with inspiring songs of worship for this generation. In addition, the Word of God is presented by dynamic and passionate speakers who desire to see a generation in dangerous pursuit of the heart of Christ.
