After a three year sabbatical, “Lucifer’s Lies” returns to Park Avenue Baptist Church, October 25,26, 27 and 30,31 at 7 p.m.
Almost 5000 witnessed the actions of Satan or the Holy Spirit. As the DRAMA unfolds, your physical eyes will “see” the spiritual
battle that rages in our unseen world today.
“Lucifer’s Lies” depicts the origin of Satan, spiritual warfare in families and the future judgment of the Devil. “The greatest trick
the Devil ever pulled was getting people to believe that he just doesn’t exists” says Belinda Weathers, one of the creators of “Lucifer’s Lies.” “We wanted to present a drama that not only says Satan exists, but points out how many of his deceptions are being accepted
as truth.” According, to Dr. Harold Hunter, Professor/Evangelist, “The worst thing about being deceived is that you don’t know you
are deceived.”
Belinda Weathers along with J.D. Davis, former Youth Pastor at Park Avenue and Louise Wilson drew more from the Bible
than their theatrical knowledge. They desired a theologically sound work that held an audience attention. With an overwhelming
response to “Lucifer’s Lies” many accepted Christ or made numerous decisions. The creators are amazed that God uses this vehicle
to change lives.
