Jim Caviezel, who played Jesus in Mel Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ,” has reportedly turned down some $75 million in commercial offers. Jim is refusing to promote products including inspirational apparel because he does not want to cheapen the film’s image.
Explaining his decision Caviezel said, “I think I would have upset a lot of people who got something special from the film.”
