The New York Observer reported authors Jerry Jenkins and Tim LaHaye, best known for the “Left Behind” series of books, are close to signing a multi-million-dollar contract with Viking for a four-book series called “The Jesus Chronicles.”
Tim LaHaye has fiction-series deals with two other publishing houses also in the works.
