Winter Jam ’06 has become the must-see concert event of this year and the most successful Jam tour in the event’s 10-year history. This past weekend, Winter Jam ’06 surpassed 127,000 in paid attendance in just 17 shows, averaging nearly 7,500 per night, announced Troy VanLiere, partner in VanLiere-Wilcox, and manager for Integrity Music’s NewSong, which is hosting Winter Jam for the 10th straight year.
The actual paid attendance during the first six weekends was 127,151. The tour’s biggest show to date came this past weekend in Greenville, SC with 13,556 in paid attendance. There are four more weekends, with 14 shows left in the tour. The remaining dates and locations can be found at or

2/7/6 Recording Academy Presents Hearns with President’s Merit Award

House Of Heroes Tours
In support of their Mono-Vs-Stereo release Say No More this April, Columbus-based rock band House Of Heroes is kicking off 2006 with extensive touring throughout the month of March. The band is currently on tour with Dropping Daylight (Octone Records) and Love Arcade (Atlantic Records) with show dates that began January 18th and run till February 10th. House of Heroes will also join “The Lock And Load Tour” with Kids In The Way (Flicker Records) and Tokyo Rose (Side Cho Records) on February 24th through March 15th.
