On November 11, First Baptist Church downtown will host a dinner for First Baptist veterans and their spouses, and have an evening program featuring the testimony of Edgar Harrell, a World War II veteran who was assigned to the USS Indianapolis. The Indianapolis transported the internal components of the atomic bombs to the B-29 base in the South Pacific.
