Up and coming artists will showcase their musical talents at BAND4KIDS, a new concert February 27 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to benefit disadvantaged children. The concert, featuring five local bands including Emily Deloach, Tubb and Chubb’s Fat Funk Fiesta, Kelsey Howard, Jordan Hamlin, and Sarah Jahn’s new band, Heady, will raise awareness and support for the children of Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes’ Brentwood campus. The Curb Cafe, site of BAND4KIDS, is located on Belmont Boulevard on Belmont University’s campus across from Bongo Java. Admission to the February 27 concert is $5 per person at the door. All proceeds go to benefit the children of Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes. For questions concerning the concert, call 364-3015.
