Together
The Prevenses, Prince Caspian, and the Narnians have finally linked up. Caspian says, “Whether this horn is magic or not, it brought us together. And together we have a chance to take back what is ours.”
Synergy. You know what it is: the result of cooperation is greater than the sum of individual efforts. Or, one plus one equals three. God has designed us to be far better off when working together than we are working alone. Christians really can’t make much of a difference merely pursuing their personal relationship with God.
A key distinctive of Christians working together is our egalitarian mindset: everyone is important. Everyone is needed. Everyone matters.
The Bible is clear on this issue. Take a look at these Scriptures:
* God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. 1 Corinthians 12:24-27

* Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another… Hebrews 10:25

* Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Ecclesiastes 4:9-10
