Ark Productions and Carmen Sanabria Ministries will be celebrating a milestone in the
Latin Christian Music World this coming Saturday, May 21st in
Florida and Saturday, October 15th, 2005 in New York City.
Carmen Sanabria, also known as the Grand Dame of Latin
Christian Music (LA DAMA DE LA CANCION CRISTIANA), will be
celebrating her 50th year in the Latin Christian Music
Ministry with no signs of stopping.
When rumors were hitting the internet as to whether or not
Carmen will be retiring this year, fans immediately sent her
hundreds of emails asking her not retire. When asked if this
would be her final year in the music ministry, Carmen firmly
says…”I have no plans to retire this year…..this is until
THE LORD tells me to stop singing.”
Carmen began singing Latin Gospel music at the age of 14 with
her first production at 15 years old. The footprints of her
powerful voice are evident in the Churches that have had the
privilege to hear her in her hometown of New York City as
well as other states and countries she has visited.
To celebrate this milestone, Carmen will be celebrating her
50th anniversary in May/2005 (West Palm Beach, Florida) and
in October/2005 (New York City) with other dates to be
announced.
