Cross Driven Records recording artist Carman will explore the difference between the occult and illusion in his upcoming “Halloween: House of Praise Spectacular,” which is set to air on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) tomorrow at 9:00 p.m. CST. Seventy thousand people reported that they gave their lives to Christ in response to Carman’s previous TBN Halloween special.

During the two-hour long special, Carman will perform music from his latest album, House of Praise and perennial favorite songs such as “Witch¹s Invitation.” The special will include interviews with well-known illusionists and with make-up artist David Powell, who has worked with Carman on videos for “Revival in the Land,” “Witches Invitation” and “No Monsters.” Powell will transform Carman into “Franky,” a ghoulish character straight from the insane asylum.

Carman will also recount the true story of Sean Sellers, a convicted murderer and self-proclaimed Satanist who became a Christian while on death row for the murders of his parents. Carman was Sellers¹ spiritual advisor during his time on death row and was with him as he was executed.

Carman is currently finishing up his 30-city “Carman’s House of Praise Tour.” On House of Praise, his first studio album in three years, Carman returns to the style of music that has endeared him to millions of hearts around the world. The album includes reverent worship songs, infectious praise songs, and the kind of soul-stirring anthems that Carman is so well known for.
“People who have followed me down through the years know that everything comes together in the live experience‹so much so that we recorded the “House of Praise” CD with a live/studio feel,” says Carman.

In a career that spans more than 25 years, Carman has earned a total of 15 RIAA certified Gold and Platinum records and videos, in addition to selling over nine million units. Through his non-profit organization, Carman Ministries, well over 1 million people have come to know Christ.
House of Praise is on the Cross Driven Records label, a division of Here to Him Music Group, LLC ®, and is distributed to Christian retail through Provident Music Distribution and to mainstream outlets through BMG Distribution.
