Bob Bennett has been almost a frequent visitor to Nashville throughout his lengthy career in Christian music, and he seems to favor appearances at historic Koinonia Coffeehouse on Music Row. I first saw Bob perform at Koinonia in 1989 when he previewed songs from his then “new” project, Lord of the Past as well as songs from his Album of the Year Matters of the Heart. Most recently Bob was back at Koinonia in July of 2001 to showcase a decade of award-winning music.
This time around Bob will be found at Third Friday Coffeehouse @ Koinonia Cafe on May16 at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Koinonia Cafe is located next door to Belmont Church at 16th & Grand. Tickets are $10.00 at the door.
A coffeebar is on site serving hot and cold drinks and snacks.
