Blanton, Harrell, Cooke and Corzine Forms

Former co-presidents of GET Management Jennifer Cooke and Chaz Corzine recently completed a management-led buyout of the company from Gaylord Entertainment. In addition, the company’s founders, Michael Blanton and Dan Harrell, have joined Cooke and Corzine to create Blanton, Harrell, Cooke and Corzine.
“Both Jennifer and I have a vision to focus on the development of our core artists. We feel that our partnership with Mike and Dan will facilitate that vision and continue to break new ground with Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith and Frank Peretti,” Corzine comments. “It’s our goal to recreate the synergy that helped to build these careers and this company, and I think we have the team in place to do just that.”
Cooke states, “It’s amazing to see how God’s hand has moved to bring all of us back together again. We each possess a different set of skills and gifts that work well together and complement each other.” She adds, “I think we’re at the beginning of a new chapter in this company’s history and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m proud to call each member of our team a partner.”
“I’m excited to have the team together again, and I’m glad to be back in business with Michael W. Smith, Amy Grant and Frank Peretti,” remarks Blanton/Harrell Entertainment co-founder Dan Harrell. “We’ve had some great successes in the past and I’m looking forward to many more in the future.” Partner and co-founder Michael Blanton agrees, “It’s great to be involved again with what I believe to be a premier artist development team. I’m looking forward to continuing some of the great things that were started years ago, while at the same time working to build and develop for the future.”
Michael Blanton and Dan Harrell founded Blanton/Harrell Entertainment, Inc. in 1980 with then new artists Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith. Since that time, their artist roster has grown to include Grant, Smith, Frank Peretti and Ben Glover. Over the last 20 years, Blanton/Harrell Entertainment artists have sold in excess of 38 million records and received numerous Grammy and Dove Awards, along with dozens of radio hits in both the Christian and mainstream markets. Their tours, including Amy Grant’s “A Christmas To Remember”, have sold out arenas across the country and around the world. In addition, Blanton/Harrell Entertainment author Frank Peretti has seen book sales in excess of 10 million copies. The company was sold in 1997 to Gaylord Entertainment and renamed GET Management in 2000.
