On July 2, the Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club will be the special
guests of the Bellevue Cruisers Car Show as the doll club presents a display
of Barbie doll cars through the years. Cars including Barbie’s 1960’s
Austin Healy, 1971 mod Barbie van, 1986 red Ferrari, and 1991 Camero
4 will be among other Barbie cars on display. In addition to the colorful
display of cars, the club will display Barbie dolls from each decade to
pose with the vehicles.
The club will have Barbie bags and catalogues provided by Mattel as well as
other goodies to hand out at the car show.
Anyone who joins the Belle Meade Plantation Belles Doll Club either between the July show and the September
club meeting will have a chance to win a drawing for the 2004: Joyeaux
Limited Edition Holiday Silkstone Barbie Doll (valued at $100). Joyeaux is the
first holiday doll from the Fashion Model Collection. She wears a dazzling
fitted gown with silvery sequins and faux pearls. A rhinestone tiara and drop
earrings enhance the festive mood.

Bellevue, Tennessee.
The Bellevue Cruisers Car Show is July 2 from 5 – 9 at Bellevue Center Mall. Besides antique cars and the doll display, the car show will feature a special display of antique military vehicles. Admission to the family friendly event is free.
