9/15/9 Tammy Trent fans can go to to vote for Tammy for Inspirational Female Artist of the Year for the Christian Music Hall of Fame.
9/14/9 Decyfer Down, whose current single “Desperate” recently topped the Christian Rock Radio chart at No. 1, will be sharing the stage with Hawk Nelson as they accompany headliner Skillet on their “Awake & Alive” tour and they travel across the U.S. hitting major markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Phoenix, Seattle, Dallas and Chicago. The tour kicks off September 24th and carries on through December 6th.

9/9/9 TobyMac will continue to entertain audiences across the country with his fifth annual Winter Wonder Slam 2009 Tour. The lineup also features the talents of: Relient K, B. Reith and Stephanie Smith. Continuing the Winter Wonder Slam tradition of giving, the tour will be teaming up with the U.S. Marine Corps to help with their Toys for Tots campaign. 9/8/9 Curb Records reports that Natalie Grant’s “The Real Me” is to be used in an upcoming episode of “So You Think You Can Dance (Season 6).” Season 6 premieres Sept. 9th on Fox. INO Records’ artist and songwriter, Jonny Diaz, performed in front of hundreds of fans during The Music At The Mills concert, held this past Saturday, September 5th, at Opry Mills Mall in Nashville. At the end of his set he was joined on stage by Dan Michaels, Sr. Vice President of Marketing/Promotions, INO Records, who presented Diaz with his first #1 radio plaque for his top hit single, “More Beautiful You.”
Selah’s new release ‘You Deliver Me’ and its 1st studio album since 2006, debuted Top 5 this week at Nielsen’s Christian Soundscan chart with nearly 9000 albums sold. This is the 4th CD release in a row from Selah to debut at either #1 or Top 5 on the sales chart. Selah hits the road this fall with Avalon.

9/2/9 INO Records’ trio 33Miles will partner with international philanthropic organization Food for the Hungry for the “One Life” tour hitting approximately 20 cities this fall.The tour will kick off this Sept.
Christian rock band Sonsofday has announced plans to release their sophomore album Autumn Heart (1964 Records) on October 12th. The band is also giving fans a unique opportunity to be a part of the new album. Anyone that pre-orders Autumn Heart prior to September 8, 2009, will have their name and photo included in the album artwork booklet, and they will receive an autographed copy of the album before it’s released.

9/1/9 GMA Dove award winning, GRAMMY® nominated and platinum selling artist and worship leader Chris Tomlin will release his first Christmas record, Glory In The Highest: Christmas Songs of Worship with sixstepsrecords on October 6.

Point of Grace and Mark Schultz will be touring together for the first time on the 30-city “Come Alive Tour” this fall. The tour launches September 10.
After two decades of making music, acclaimed six time vocal group of the year and GRAMMY ® nominated Diamond Rio are unveiling their 11th album and first full length Christian record The Reason on Word Records on September 22.
Legendary Christian rock band Stryper will kick off their 25th Anniversary Tour in September, touring throughout the U.S. before heading out on an international run in early 2010. In addition to their hits and fan favorites, Stryper will perform songs from their latest studio album Murder by Pride (Big3 Records) which was released today – twenty-five years to the day after the release of their debut EP, The Yellow and Black Attack.

Sibling duo BeBe & CeCe Winans are gearing up to release their first album together in over 15 years. The album, Still, releases September 29th and on their own label, B & C Records. Hailing from the fjords of Scandinavia, Norwegian rock band Dreampilots will release their North American debut album Comedown on September 29th.
