Krystal Meyers will release her third, in-studio album, Make Some Noise, on September 9, 2008. The 10-track project, entirely written or co-written by Meyers, was recorded in Brentwood, Tenn. at Dutchland Studio, and was produced by Doubledutch (Robert Marvin and Josiah Bell). Armed with a new curriculum for young string players and a 2009 Fine Arts Summer Academy Schedule, the Annie Moses Band is heading out for a series of performances for the Association of Christian Schools International. With plans to hit ACSI Conventions in Indiana, Minnesota, California and Washington D.C., the Annie Moses Band will play concerts, speak on music education and host a booth with information regarding their curriculum and Fine Arts Academies.
8/29/8 Next wekend, Sept. 5-6, Christian music lovers from across the country will come together at Disney�s Hollywood Studios� for its annual spirit-filled music celebration, �Night of Joy,� held at the Walt Disney World� Resort in Florida. Provident artists set to perform are New Artist of the Year Brandon Heath on Friday, Sept. 5, with GRAMMY-nominated, modern rock band Red and Christian music�s four-time Group of the Year Casting Crowns both performing Saturday, Sept. 6. 8/28/8 Bart Millard, best known as the lead singer of the multi-platinum band MercyMe, is having a great week. On the heels of wrapping a national promo tour, his second solo effort, Hymned Again, just entered the Christian SoundScan charts at No.9, and reached the No. 3 spot on the iTunes� Christian chart. Millard also just taped a special Hymned Again episode of the Gospel Music Channel�s Kitchen Sink program which is scheduled to air on September 27th.
Christian pop trio Beloved is celebrating the release of their first nationally distributed project, Wake the World (Trato Records), on August 19th, with a successful media tour filled with numerous television appearances.
Sara Groves� first Christmas album, O Holy Night, which will bow on INO Records this October 14th, features the magnificent story of Bethlehem along with the sounds of yuletide gathering of friends and family.

8/26/8 American Idol finalist and EMI CMG recording artist Mandisa will talk with Dr. Robin Smith tomorrow on Dr. Robin�s show that airs on the Oprah & Friends Channel on XM Satellite Radio. The show airs 3 times each day at 9am, 4pm and 9pm EST, on Channel 156.
8/24/8 On Sunday, August 24 at 7:00 p.m. (ET), Gospel Music Channel will world premiere Third Day: Revelation Revealed, an original new special that goes behind-the-scenes and chronicles the making of Third Day�s new album Revelation (Essential Records / PLG.) After it�s premiere, Gospel Music Channel will run Third Day: Revelation Revealed in select time slots every weekend during the Music Builds Tour, including late night.

8/21/8 Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame inductees The Imperials are proud to announce the addition of vocalists Scott Allen and Perry Jones to the group.
Scott and Perry are replacing longstanding members Shannon Smith and Jeremie Hudson as lead and tenor vocalists. Both Shannon and Jeremie resigned from the group to pursue jobs in church ministry.
Mary-Kathryn will be a featured guest on the August 22, 2008 episode of CBN’s “The 700 Club,” where she will share her testimony and music from her latest album on Rhythm House Records, Dreams & Visions.
8/14/8 Legendary recording artist John Schlitt–solo artist, lead singer for GRAMMY Award-winning Christian band Petra and former lead singer for mainstream rock band Head East–will be a featured guest on August 15, 2008, on Cornerstone Television Network’s show “Focus 4,” where he will share his testimony and music from his latest project, The Grafting.
8/10/8 MXPX, Sixpence None The Richer, Project 86, Stellar Kart, Starfield, and Fireflight are heading to Europe next week, and is playing Flevo Festival (Amsterdam, Netherlands) on August 14, Revo Festival (Wuestenrot, Germany) on August 16 and another event in Lemgo, Germany on August 17.
8/9/8 NBC has selected �Make Some Noise,� the title-track from Krystal Meyers� upcoming September 9, 2008 album, as its theme song to promote the NBC 2008 Fall line-up. The first promo spot featuring �Make Some Noise� aired last night during the first half-hour of the 2008 Olympics opening ceremonies (8/8/8), and will continue on through the promotion of NBC�s new Fall 2008 lineup. In addition,�Make Some Noise� has been selected to be on the official 2008 Olympics album, Olympics 2008 � One World One Dream. The project was approved by the International Olympics Committee. Krystal Meyers� song, �Make Some Noise,� will appear alongside music from artists such as Pink, Avril Lavigne, John Mayer, Natasha Bedingfield, Fireflight, Boys Like Girls, among others. Pop artist Krystal Meyers recently returned from her fifth promotional trip to Japan, where her fans surprised her with a birthday celebration at her concert at venue The Womb, in Tokyo. Krystal�s international success continues with radio airplay of her single �Make Some Noise,� from her junior release Make Some Noise (9/18/08), in Indonesia (No. 1 on DJ-FM), Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. 8/6/8 Piano-driven rock/pop band Strive, recently signing with GoDigital Records, a subsidiary of the GoDigital Media Group, launches its first global release, FIRE, Aug. 26. 8/2/8 Rush of Fools will release their sophomore project, Wonder of the World, on September 16, 2008.
8/1/8 INO/Columbia Record�s The Afters continue to be heard on the small screen with songs from their sophomore project �Never Going Back to Ok� being used in episodes of Army Wives and Rachael Ray as well as in promotion for Dr. Phil. The Texas based band also recently finished a mainstream radio promo tour with a final stop in Los Angeles speaking with Premiere Radio Networks and the TV Guide Channel.

�I Will Not Be Moved,� the second single from Relentless, the best-selling recording from Curb artist and GMA�s three-time Female Vocalist of the Year, Natalie Grant, has become the project�s second Top 5 hit. The song is currently #4 on R&R�s Christian AC Monitored chart.
Pop artist Krystal Meyers will be heading out this fall on the 16-city Revolve Tour,which uses music, drama and other creative avenues to address issues relevant to teenage girls today. The tour, which will play all arenas and is expected to attract 140,000 people, begins the weekend after the September 9 release of Krystal�s new album Make Some Noise, in Columbus, Ohio. The second weekend of the tour takes Krystal to Dallas, Tex., where she will interview with Godtube and tape a performance and interview on Daystar TV�s �Sound Check.� Also while in Dallas, on the morning of September 19, Krsytal will perform live on the Dallas morning TV show, �Good Day Dallas� (Dallas FOX-TV affiliate).

Acclaimed singer/songwriter and New Artist of the Year (39th Annual GMA Dove Awards), Brandon Heath is set to release his anticipated sophomore album What If We on Aug. 19. Teaming up again with producer Dan Muckala, Heath’s What If We follows up his breakthrough debut project, Don’t Get Comfortable, which delivered the No. 1 smash-hit, and Song of the Year nominee, “I’m Not Who I Was,” granting Heath his first nomination for Songwriter of the Year at last month’s GMA Dove Awards.

Recently GRAMMY-winning, multi-platinum artist Casting Crowns wrapped its headlining The Altar and The Door Tour as one of the best-attended, highest-grossing Christian music tours of all time. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based rock quintet, Nevertheless, will release its second studio album, In the Making�, on September 16, 2008. The eleven-track project was produced by Rob Hawkins (Fireflight, Jackson Waters), and was recorded in Nashville, Tenn.
