Veteran actor Andy Griffith will be making a rare performance at the Grand Old Opry on Saturday, January 18 in the original Opry House, the historic Ryman Auditorium.
Best known for his roles on television as Sheriff Andy Taylor of Mayberry and Matlock, Griffith is also a Grammy-winning recording artist. Griffith will be in town recording a third gospel album for Sparrow Records, produced by Marty Stuart. His first gospel album for Sparrow earned Griffith a 1996 Gospel Grammy.
The beloved entertainer perform as part of the 6:30 PM show most likely be on between 7 PM and 8 PM CST. Check local listings for more information.
