About John Stayskal

John Stayskal founded Ultimate Goal Ministries in February of 1995. A
soccer player himself, John knows the impact of making the soccer field a
mission field. During High School John played for Wheaton Academy, a private
Christian school in the suburbs of Chicago. In his Junior and Senior years
Wheaton Academy
placed 5th and 13th in the state of Illinois.
During the summer before his Senior year John traveled with his school to
Germany
for a three week soccer trip. It was shortly after this trip, while a Senior
in High
School, that John responded to God’s calling on his life to missions.
John has been in full time youth ministry since 1987, having served three
different
churches as youth pastor. He has a definite calling to youth ministry. John
understands today’s youth and has a passion to motivate them to become
actively
involved in missions. He believes in their awesome potential to radically
serve God.
John was an active member in the Nashville Network of Youth Ministries, a
network comprised of lay and full time youth leaders. He helped form the
network
and has worked in unity with other youth leaders to reach youth and
strengthen youth ministries.
In 1987 John graduated from Oral Robert’s University with a degree in
Evangelism,
and in 1997 received his master’s degree in Missions from Columbia
International
University in Columbia, South Carolina.
Ultimate Goal Ministries was born after an intense time of seeking God for
his future
ministry. Combining his calling and passion for missions, his experience
and heart
for youth ministry, his training in school, and his love for soccer, the
vision for
Ultimate Goal Ministries was born.

John and his wife Tracy reside in Nashville, Tennessee. There they enjoy
raising
their sons, Luke, Paul & Timothy.
