24 Hours: Fall College Days 2003

High school students, don’t miss a minute of 24 Hours: College Days 2003 on October 9-10, 2003. During the two-day event, you can experience every exciting moment that makes up higher education at North Central University. You will be treated to tours of the campus, visits with faculty members and even a taste of what college food is like in our excellent cafeteria.
“College Days is both an important step in the college selection process and a fun event for students,” said Joe Kessler, an admissions counselor at NCU. “We can’t wait to welcome them to campus and show them what an education at North Central University is like.”
On Thursday night, College Days guests will spend time in worship with One Accord, NCU’s traveling worship team. One Accord is made up of student musicians who share an excitement for worship through performances of music they compose themselves. After worship, Rod Whitlock, Nebraska’s district youth director, will take the stage. Friday morning will feature a passionate service led by Worship Live, the chapel music team. The morning continues with an energizing session by Youth Specialist Nate Ruch.
“We look forward to this College Days event every semester because we get to show off all that North Central has to offer,” said Jim Hubert, director of Admissions. “Our guests attend class, sleep in a dorm room, worship in chapel, eat at the cafeteria, shop at the bookstore and experience what NCU students do everyday.”
Bring toiletries, a towel, a sleeping bag, spending money and any questions you have about majors, financial aid and university life. Prospective students who wish to audition for a music scholarship to NCU can do so on October 9 from 2-5 p.m. Auditions must be scheduled in advance by calling 800-289-6222.
