On the National Day of Prayer Christians are re-dedicating the USA to God as they seek God’s favor for the USA to restore the economy and liberty. Rev. Steven Andrew is chairman of and leads the National Day of Prayer Revival Force. The pastor has online brochures and an audio version of the re-dedication prayer for playing at home, in public meetings and on radio and TV.
“Turning to God as our founding fathers said is how to fix America. The Bible says the economic issues, loss of liberties and family degradation are because of our nation’s sins,” the pastor said. There is a second prayer asking God to forgive the USA’s sins.
On the National Day of Prayer the Pastor Andrew, Rev. Wiley Drake, Chaplain Gordon James Klingenschmitt and Rev. Bill Keller have sermons and articles for the nation to join in participation with at www.NationalDayofPrayer.Today. Rev. Drake is former 2nd Vice President of the Southern Baptist Convention and hosts the Wiley Drake Show. Chaplain Klingenschmitt founded Pray In Jesus’ Name Ministries and TV show. Rev. Keller is founder of LivePrayer.com and hosts LivePrayer TV.
The rededication prayer utilizes a famous presidential proclamation from Abraham Lincoln with, “The USA recognizes Your Supreme Authority and Just Government in all the affairs of men and of nations.”
The re-dedication prayer is:
You are the true God. The USA recognizes Your Supreme Authority and Just Government in all the affairs of men and of nations.
You, LORD, are the God of the the USA and Americans are Your people.
We seek You and obey the Holy Bible with all our heart and all our soul.
We submit the USA to You. Lead us. Jesus is our King.
In Jesus’ name. Amen.
The National Day of Prayer Revival Force augments the National Day of Prayer Task Force with a focus on rededication of the USA to God and nationwide revival.
