Our 2006 Cinco de Mayo Spotlight on Latin artists has been postponed one day to protest today’s boycotts, protests and marches. While the CA staff all love and respect Latin Christian music and artists, as well as the wonderful culture and people of Mexico, we feel strongly that entry into this country should always be through LEGAL channels only and that the laws of this land must be respected and adhered to by those desiring to live here.
The 2006 Latin Spotlight will start tomorrow, May 2 with spotlight articles on Jontez, Ana Laura, Leonardo, Jme Medina, The Gutierrez Brothers and more. This marks our 6th anniversary of spotlighting Latin artists for Cinco de Mayo on our website and our 11th years of covering Latin Christian music in our print version in Nashville.
If you represent a Latin Christian artist, you are invited to send us a bio and project this week to be included in our 2006 Cinco de Mayo Spotlight on Latin Artists.
