A concert benefiting the legal defense of Eric Volz, the 27-year old American being unjustly held in a Nicaraguan prison on murder charges, will take place on Wednesday, January 24 at 7:30pm at Belmont University’s Massey Auditorium. The benefit features some of music’s most eclectic artists and songwriters, including Chely Wright, Phil Keaggy, Ashley Cleveland, Butterfly Boucher, Leigh Nash (Sixpence None the Richer), Jeremy Lister with Katie Herzig, Kate York, Charlie Peacock, Sam Ashworth, Phil Madeira, Lalo Davila (and his Steel Drum Band) and Diana Beach, showcasing eclectic genres reaching from Nashville to Los Angeles.
